Assistance for disabled students in academic life is necessary, and therefore a Zivildienstleistender (volunteer) works at the Studentenwerk Tübingen-Hohenheim who performs the following assistance in the area of the university of Tübingen:
- Running errands in the university sector
- Assistance on the way to the canteen, the library or on other unknown ways
- Support for the acquisition of literature (literature search, borrowing books, photocopying etc.)
- On short notice recording of required study materials on cassette.
- Making notes in lectures.
In addition, the Studentenwerk (Student Services) has set up a resource pool from which disabled students can borrow equipment for free. Until now, there is an electronic notetaker with a Braille display available, as well as a notebook and a micro port available.
If you need any assistance, get in touch by phone (07071) 42 29-7 29-7 44 09 or textphone 29-7 44 09
