Advertising opportunities

Find out what you have to do here if you would like to distribute any advertising materials in the Studierendenwerk’s refectories. We have summarised the most important information here on advertising opportunities.

Flyer advertising
- Display in the refectory tables
- Display on stands and/or shelves in the refectories
- Distribution in and/or in front of the refectories
- See separate guidelines in the download area
Poster, banner advertising and notices
- Approval by the InfoPoints or refectory managers is mandatory
- A maximum of 2 copies of a poster may be hung
- The display of banners may incur costs (especially for non-students). Information can be obtained from the InfoPoints and canteen managers.
- After the end of the event, the posters and banners must be removed by the responsible persons themselves
Please note: Black boards are available in the refectory for posting notices (with flat applications and offers, job applications, etc.), on which notices can be placed WITHOUT prior approval. The date of posting must be noted on the notice boards. After approx. 4 weeks, the notices will be removed. The notice boards are checked regularly.
Information and sales stands
- The booking of information and sales stands may be subject to costs
- Booking requests should be addressed to the canteen managers or InfoPoints

Print advertisements
- Our Ersti brochure “StuWe Kompass” is published in location-specific editions and contains information about all service areas of the Studierendenwerk.
- It is distributed in our facilities as well as at seven universities we support. Total circulation: around 6,000 copies. Frequency: once a year at the beginning of the winter semester.
