Another workshop on exam anxiety and presentation stress
On 20 June, our psychotherapeutic counselling centre will once again be focusing on coping with exam nerves and presentation stress. In an exclusive workshop, our psychotherapist Stefan Balz will show how to effectively reduce stress in exam situations. The workshop is free of charge and the number of participants is limited.
