Autumn Week at the Wilhelmstraße Refectory
From 27 to 31 October 2025, everything at the Wilhelmstraße Refectory will revolve around autumn. During this time, a regional and seasonal theme week will feature a range of dishes prepared with locally grown produce.
The menu includes autumn favourites such as minced meat and pointed cabbage bake, potato and leek soup, pumpkin risotto, fried cauliflower, and vegetable fritters.
The vegetables, as well as the apples and pears used during this week, come from Gärtnerei Schmid in the Schwarzlöcher Täle valley in Tübingen, where all produce is grown on site.
