Change in Refectory Management
After more than five years, Klaus Finkenzeller is handing over the kitchen spoon: he is saying goodbye to the Morgenstelle refectory and returning to Hohenheim. There, he will take over the management of the refectory from Bernd Dubrau, who is retiring. For Finkenzeller, it’s a return to familiar ground – he began his journey with the Studierendenwerk here as head chef.
In Tübingen, Steffen Wöhrwag will take over the management for the time being. He knows the operation inside out, having previously served as deputy refectory manager. Guests at both locations can continue to look forward to a diverse range of meals and fresh ideas.
