Christmas lunch 2025
From 9 to 10 December 2025, it’s that time of year again: guests in several of our dining halls can once again look forward to traditional Christmas meals.
Here is an overview of the Christmas offerings:
Mensa Wilhelmstraße (Tübingen) – Wednesday, 10 December 2025
Game goulash in juniper cream, Brussels sprouts, apple–chestnut chutney and almond dumplings
Vegetarian option: Cappelletti Rustico Spinaci with oyster mushroom–spinach cream, tomato marmalade and a winter mixed salad.
Mensa Morgenstelle (Tübingen) – Tuesday, 9 December 2025
Duck leg with gravy, apple red cabbage and potato gratin
Mensa Hohenheim and Nürtingen– Wednesday, 10 December 2025
Roasted semolina soup; crispy duck leg with baked apple, orange sauce, potato dumplings and red cabbage with cranberries
Vegetarian option: Homemade pumpkin lasagna with cashew nuts, cherry tomatoes and oyster mushrooms – served with a seasonal salad
