During the semester break, many Studierendenwerk facilities are closed or have changed opening hours. This applies in particular to the refectories and cafeterias.
The opening hours module on our website or in the my-stuwe app will keep you up to date. So no one has to stand in front of closed doors.

All Studierendenwerk catering facilities (cafeterias and refectories) will be closed from Friday, 22 December 2023 to Friday, 5 January 2024 inclusive. From Monday, 8 January 2024, the usual opening hours will apply again.
There are different regulations for the BAföG Office, the dormitory administrations, the psychotherapeutic counselling centre and the day-care centres:
BAföG
The BAföG office at Listplatz in Reutlingen and the international BAföG office in Bismarckstraße in Reutlingen will be closed from Wednesday, 20 December 2023 up to and including Friday, 5 January 2024.
Dormitory administrations
The dormitory administrations in Tübingen and Hohenheim will be closed from Friday, 22 December 2023. The administration in Tübingen will be open again from 2 January 2024, in Hohenheim the staff will be back from 8 January 2024.
Psychotherapeutic counselling centre
The PBS will be closed from Thursday, 21 December 2023 up to and including Monday, 1 January 2024. From 2 January 2024, the usual registration times will apply again.
Day care centres
The daycare centres in Tübingen and Hohenheim will be closed from Friday, 22 December 2023 up to and including 2 January 2024.
