This fall, many young people will once again begin their studies at universities and colleges in the region. However, many of the beds offered by the Studierendenwerk are already allocated. For many locations, applications are no longer being accepted.

For many, finding an affordable place to live in the local housing market is even more challenging than securing a spot at university. This is especially difficult for students who need to manage their finances carefully. That’s why we are asking for your help: support these young people as they embark on this new and important phase of their lives by offering them an affordable place to live! Rent out rooms and apartments to students, or allow your tenants to sublet to students at a reasonable price. Every available room helps – even if it’s just for one or two semesters!

We encourage you to use the Studierendenwerk Tübingen-Hohenheim’s private room accommodation service to rent out your room to students. Our service is free and simple, helping students find the accommodation they need.
