Mensa for Kids
Upon request, children of students aged 0 to 10 years receive a free meal in the refectory on a children’s plate.
We are glad if you come to eat in our refectories with your children. For the free refectory meal on a children’s plate, you need a refectory children’s card from the Studierendenwerk Tübingen-Hohenheim.
You can get the Mensa-Kinderkarte at the Mensa Wilhelmstraße and Morgenstelle in Tübingen and at the Mensa Hohenheim at our InfoPoints. At all other locations, please ask at the cafeterias’ cash desks.
Please note that food in the cafeterias, drinks and commercial goods (e.g. mustard or ketchup, sweets) are excluded from this offer.
The free refectory meal for students’ children is a joint initiative of the Staatsministerium (Ministry of State), the Wissenschaftsministerium (Ministry of Science) and the Studierendenwerke (Student Services) in Baden-Württemberg.
