Do you have problems with your landlord? Or have you been waiting for your wages from a part-time job for a long time? We are happy to help you with legal issues within our area of responsibility and terms of reference.
The legal advice is provided free of charge. However, we do not offer any legal action to benefit people – i.e. we do not take on any cases or write letters for you.
You may only obtain advice if you present a valid student pass.
Where is the legal advice available?
Legal advice is available in Fichtenweg 5 (entrance TSW) Tübingen after you have made an appointment.
Is legal advice possible on the phone too?
Legal advice by telephone is possible. To do so, please make a telephone appointment via the online appointment form. You will then be called at the agreed time.
Can legal advice be provided by mail?
In our experience, circumstances are best clarified in personal discussions. We therefore do not offer any legal advice by mail.
What do I need to bring to the legal advice appointment?
Your student pass and any necessary documents (e.g. contracts, examinations order etc.). It also makes sense to bring with you any letters that you have already sent in connection with the matter in question.
Please make an appointment in our online appointment calendar. For this we only need a few data from you. The transmission of the data is encrypted and completely secure.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it using the link in your confirmation email or give us a call so that we can make it available to other people seeking advice.
Legal advice is currently available on Tuesdays from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am – 11:30 am.
