Information
The Wilhelmstraße cafeteria was extensively renovated from 2019 to 2024 and now presents itself as a modern and attractive meeting place for students. The area of the cafeteria has been more than doubled and opens up to the outdoor area, which has been restored in keeping with its listed status. The spacious serving area is located on the ground floor of the new building and is complemented by a coffee bar with indoor and outdoor catering facilities. Guests also have access to a stylish lounge area with comfortable seating, including cosy sofas that invite them to linger.
The cafeteria impresses with an extensive range of products: in addition to various cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks, freshly squeezed juices, coffee specialities and cakes are also on offer. The offer is complemented by a varied breakfast menu, hot meals of the day and special promotional dishes such as pizza and pasta.

At (kœri)werk®, everything revolves around really good currywurst. The idea comes from the Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe, which focuses on carefully crafted sausages, aromatic sauces, and perfectly balanced spices. Since November 2025, the concept has also been available in Tübingen – at the Wilhelmstraße cafeteria.
Choose #YOURSAUSAGE: fine veal bratwurst in sheep casing or a vegan option – freshly grilled, hand-cut, and served with a flavorful vegan curry sauce. Baguette is included, and you can add crispy fries if you like.
How spicy should it be? #YOURSTYLE decides! Six curry blends from mild to fiery are waiting to be discovered – featuring notes like fenugreek, pineapple, cardamom, or chili.
And the best part: the sausages, sauce, and curry powders are all free of flavor enhancers and preservatives.
