Lecture: Being good when it counts
Many people feel uncomfortable and sometimes anxious in performance situations such as exams or presentations. To a certain extent, this is normal and an expression of the desire to perform well in the respective situation. However, above a certain level of nervousness and tension, performance can suffer and, in the worst case, there is a risk of a complete blackout.
How can I recall my knowledge with pinpoint accuracy in these stressful exam situations? Psychologist Stefan Balz will address this key question in his lecture on 13 June 2024 from 16:15 to 17:45.
The lecture will take place in the Kupferbau (lecture theatre 21). German language only! Prior registration is NOT necessary!
This lecture is part of the event series “Studieren mit Plan” organized by the Central Student Advisory Service of the University of Tübingen. We would also like to draw your attention to the other events in this series.
