Soy Bolognese, sesame-carrot sticks with dip or sweet potato-vegetable curry: From 26 to 30.6.2023, the team at the Mensa Reutlingen proves that a tasty and sustainable menu does not need meat. During the special promotion week, only vegetarian and vegan dishes will be offered.
