Reduction of telephone consultation hours at the BAföG Office
We are currently receiving many messages from students asking about the status of their BAföG application. Unfortunately, processing is currently taking much longer than usual. We apologise for this.
In order for our colleagues in the BAföG Office to be able to concentrate more on processing applications and to reduce waiting times, we have decided to temporarily restrict our telephone consultation hours. Therefore, the appointments on Monday and Thursday have to be cancelled until April 6th 2023. On Tuesday, the case workers will be available as usual from 9-11 a.m. and on Wednesday from 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Thank you for your understanding!
