How do you cook for several thousand guests every day? How are the ingredients processed in a large kitchen? And how much effort does it actually take to comply with the hygiene regulations?
All these questions will be answered by refectory manager Klaus Finkenzeller on an exclusive guided refectory tour, to which we would like to cordially invite you.
The tour will take place on 27.10.2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the refectory Morgenstelle (Tübingen) and in German language. The number of participants is limited to 15 persons. If there is great interest, the event will be repeated at a later date.
