Online appointment booking in the PBS
From now on you can book an appointment for your initial psychotherapeutic consultation via our website.
Is there a topic that is bothering you and that you would like to discuss in a protected setting? Our team at the psychotherapeutic counselling centre will be happy to help you. Counselling is also available in English and is, of course, free of charge.
In order to make access to counselling as easy as possible, the Studierendenwerk has introduced an online appointment system on its website. From now on, you can use an online calendar to select free appointments for your first counselling session at the PBS and reserve an appointment that suits you. To do this, we only need a few details from you (e.g. at which college/university you are enrolled). The transfer of your data is encrypted and completely secure. After you have registered, we will send you all the necessary information on the further procedure.
If you are unable to attend the appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. In the interest of all those seeking advice, we try to keep waiting times short. By cancelling an appointment early, you help us to be able to assign the appointment to someone else.
