A few last free dorm starter sets are still available. So get in touch by 28.2.2023 if you need support.  We have adjusted the conditions slightly so that ALL students from our university region are now eligible for support. All you need to show us as proof is a current certificate of enrolment or admission. First-year students and students from our halls of residence will be given priority. //

 

 

To support first-year students in the current crisis, the Studierendenwerk, with the support of IKEA Sindelfingen, has put together 50 starter sets for life in a hall of residence.

 

Are you starting your studies in the summer semester of 2023 or have you already been studying at one of the universities we support since last winter? Are you living in one of our halls of residence? Are you also eligible for BAföG funding? Then we want to help you during this difficult time! With the support of IKEA Sindelfingen, we have put together 50 free packages to make your start in the hall of residence easier.

 

Contents

The sets contain cutlery, various plates, cups and glasses. They also include a bath towel, fitted sheets and bed linen. With these you are well prepared for the first weeks in your new home. We have packed all this in a large FRAKTA bag from IKEA, which is multifunctional in student life.

• Enrolment or registration certificate
• Confirmation of a place in a hall of residence
• BAföG funding number

 

Hurry up, because the 50 packages will be allocated according to the date your messages are received. All first-year students who are studying at a university assigned to us are eligible for support. Students who started their studies in the winter semester 2022/23 can also receive a set. The packages will then be handed over on an agreed date.
